BlueLake Partners is the headline sponsor of the Competition, which is run on the TradingPlaces website ("TradingPlaces"). Before participating in the Competition you should read the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Statement & Rules in their entirety.By completing the registration form, you unconditionally agree to all of the official Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer and Rules. Additionally, you accept that any and all of BlueLake Partner's decisions with regards to the Competition as final and binding.

The information published on TradingPlaces (the "Content") is supplied by sources believed to be reliable. However, TradingPlaces does not warrant that the Content is accurate, complete or current. Competition Eligibility
The Competition is open to all students studying at Australian universities. University staff are not eligible to enter the competition, unless they meet the condition that they are a student studying at an Australian university.
Involvement of professors, university staff, other third parties
Entries must be the participants own original work. Fraud, copying, professional tuition is not allowed. Unauthorized or excessive assistance will lead to disqualification.
Registration and Security
In registering for the Competition, you agree to accept the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Privacy Statement & Rules.
In registering for the Competition, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You must notify TradingPlaces by emailing the webmaster of any change in your email address or other details previously supplied.
You are responsible for protecting the security of your user name and password. Your password must not be made available to anyone else. TradingPlaces will take reasonable steps to ensure your registration details are used only in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Proof of eligibility and data provided in registration form
BlueLake Partners reserves the right to check the validity of the registration information submitted by participants at any stage during the competition, and to ask for proof of data cited by students such as identification documents, student cards or academic transcripts. BlueLake Partners also reserves the right to refuse participation, or to disqualify, at any time during the Competition, participants who have submitted incorrect or misleading information. Participants will have no recourse against disqualification decisions.
Competitions and Prizes
Participation in the Competition and award of prizes is subject to the additional Disclaimer, Privacy Statement & Rules in their entirety notified on TradingPlaces.
Judging criteria and judging panel
BlueLake Partners reserves the right to make the final decision on the Competition winners at any stage of the Competition.
Disqualification
BlueLake Partners may, at its sole discretion, disqualify a participant in the event that there is disregard for these official Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer and Rules, or acts in any unsporting or disruptive manner.
Personal information
BlueLake Partners will not share the registration information submitted by the participant with any third party and will only use the data internally. Participants have the right to consult and verify their personal information. Please refer to the Privacy Statement .on TradingPlaces.
General
TradingPlaces policy is to continually review and improve its website and therefore reserves the right to make changes to any part of this website without notice to you.
The laws of New South Wales govern these Terms & Conditions and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its Courts.
These Terms & Conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and TradingPlaces in relation to this website. If any provision of Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction then such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the Terms & Conditions which will continue in full force and effect.
